These Terms form a binding agreement between Make Design Easy LLC ("Studio") at 9751 Old Greensboro Rd, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405 and you ("Client"). By purchasing services you accept these Terms.
Make Design Easy LLC provides digital design services including brand identity redesign, custom website design, UX and conversion audits, social media design systems, design sprints, and design maintenance retainers. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
Projects under $2,500 are billed 100% upfront. Projects from $2,500 to $6,000 split 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. All payments via Stripe. Invoices issued by email upon payment.
All intellectual property in the deliverables transfers to Client on receipt of full payment. Studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work product remains Studio property until full payment is received.
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional rounds are available at the consulting hourly rate. A revision round is one set of consolidated feedback addressed together.
Studio total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the project in question in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governed by the laws of Alabama, United States. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tuscaloosa County, AL.
