Refund Policy

Our approach

We would rather fix a problem than issue a refund. If something is wrong, we address it through revision before discussing refunds.

Before work begins

• Cancellation within 48 hours of payment and before work starts: full refund
• Cancellation after 48 hours but before work starts: refund minus 10% admin fee

After work begins

• Cancellation before first deliverable presented: 50% refund of total project fee
• Cancellation after first deliverable (matching agreed scope): no refund issued
• Non-delivery by Studio due to Studio fault: full refund or project completion at no additional charge

Monthly retainer

Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins. Cancel with 30 days written notice before the next billing cycle.

Requesting a refund

Email hello@makedesigneasy.com with your order reference and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds processed via original payment method within 10 business days.
